An Indonesian papaya! My favorite fruit just got bigger!!!!!

Greetings to you all!  I’m currently in Bali participating in a yoga teacher training for the next month.  Therefore, I will not be updating my blog until after this month.  The training I’m attending consists of all raw food.  I will be documenting and photographing the meals on a daily basis.  After the completion of my training, I will post an extensive blog with details and pictures of the beautiful food Simone is providing for us!  Thank you so much for your patience and love for raw foods!

I’ll keep you entertained with some pictures of the local abundance here in Bali!

A beautiful breakfast that my dear best friend Marissa put together for us! A coconut full of bananas, apples, avocado, mango, passion fruit, and topped with chia seeds! Love to my little Rissi!

  1. OMG thanks for sharing again. This creative adventure for you is awesome. Thanks for taking us along. The papayas are hugh!!! Everytime I see your blog I get hungry. Keep up the beautiful work. I look forward to next month!

  2. Wow, Kelly—- those pictures are great and everything sounds scrumptious. Sounds like you are a raw food vegan restauranteur in the making. The next time you are home, I want to try the wraps or salad with the “untuna” and any or all of the desserts. YUM! Take care of yourself. Best of luck on any and all of your endeavors. :) Mary Graham

  3. We miss you here! Mary

  4. I hope you end up with an entire recipe book—- a best seller !
